Fairhill Partners non-profit connects people to opportunities for lifelong learning, intergenerational relationships, and successful aging. We are situated on 9+ acres of land. We offer housing to Grandparents raising Grandchildren and Seniors in our townhouses and apartments on campus. One of our townhouses called our “Senior Guest House” is designated for those 60+ and first-time homeless. In our multi-tenant commercial building, we offer spaces from 200 to 20,000 square feet. There are move-in ready office suites suitable to small-mid size organizations and businesses. We currently house 40 companies in our commercial building. We also have a shared space setting called “Suiteworks” on our third floor in which individuals can rent a desk and a chair. Some amenities for Campus Partners (tenants) include photocopier use, access to wifi or hard wiring for internet usage, rental of Fairhill office phones, #48 Bus stop directly outside of the office, short walk to Larchmere/Shaker Square area of Cleveland, 250 free parking spots on campus, discounted use of event rental space (Auditorium holds up to 175, Lakeview Room holds up to 100 and many other smaller rooms), free use of board size rooms (fits up to 15), cafeteria on campus, fitness center, walking paths outside and more.

What is one interesting fact about your space?

We have a unique story. The Building was a Marine Hospital 1930-1953. In 1956 it became Fairhill Psychiatric Hospital. In 1973, the main building was remodeled and a new two-story addition was added to the front of the original structure. In December 1983, Fairhill Psychiatric Hospital closed its doors and the property was unkept for four years. In 1987 the process of developing the Fairhill collaborative campus began. The land was originally cleared by Otto I. Leisy, president of Cleveland’s Leisy Brewing Company, who built a three story brick mansion on this site in 1905 that included a two story woodframe stable. These stables are still in use at Fairhill and are available for community rentals.
