Food Central Cowork is the only value-added agriculture and food-focused coworking hub in Western Canada. Access our shared co-working space, meeting rooms, kitchen and lounge area, or participate in programs to help you grow your business, get invites to industry events, and discounted panels and workshops. Food Central brings entrepreneurs, service providers, academic institutions and enthusiasts together to pursue their goals, collaborate and scale businesses.
What is one interesting fact about your space?
Our space is bordering many amazing districts in Edmonton: We’re sandwiched between the Ice District and Brewery District and find ourselves in the Design District.
What are your favorite resources that you would recommend to others?
Mentorship! If you are starting a business or not-for-profit, having a mentor to guide and challenge you has proven to be incredible valuable for our members.
Events! Lunch n Learns and information sessions are very important, but the events like building terrariums, making tea through a self-care series, salad clubs and other fun things are so important to let people be people and interact by having fun.
