We’ve all walked into a center and felt that “secret sauce” — a buzzing community, empowered tenants, and a place that feels like so much more than a workspace. How do you create and sustain a community? What infrastructure supports communication with and amongst tenants? How do you enlist tenants as stakeholders in the success of and safety within your workspace? This session will help you think about how to set the tone and create the collaborative infrastructure to build a welcoming, vibrant community within your center.

Who might benefit the most from this session: Executive Directors, Community Animators, Office Coordinators, and any role that directly interacts with or manages the tenant community
