Johnmark Oudersluys

Johnmark Oudersluys – Executive Director
CityLink Center

Johnmark Oudersluys is CityLink Center’s Executive Director, a position he has held since 2010. Johnmark previously worked for two fortune 500 companies, was trained in cross-functional management through their leadership programs, and completed a Master’s degree in economic development.  Active volunteerism in the community and his faith fostered a passion for creating large scale solutions for critical social issues.  At CityLink, Johnmark has led the formation of a scalable, integrated center that breaks down barriers for Greater Cincinnati’s unemployed and the working poor to progress out of poverty. Cincinnati has been home for 15+years during which engagement with the community has led to deep friendships, the opportunity to meet an amazing wife and start a family, and a profound appreciation for our city.

Dani Watkins

Dani Watkins – Chief Program Officer
CityLink Center

Dani Watkins is the Chief Program Officer for the CityLink Center.  She is responsible for designing, managing and continuously improving the systems and processes necessary to engage and support clients.  Her role is the key interface between service delivery organizations and facilitating collaboration between organizations to efficiently and effectively move clients toward their goals.  Prior to CityLink, Dani worked at the Strive Partnership.  Working within collaboratives to improve education outcomes, she learned that collective impact is the most effective method to ensure success. This work developed an understanding of how crucial it is to get partners aligned to a common agenda, provide mutually reinforcing services, and alignment on desired outcomes – all of which is a necessity to the work at CityLink.

Jason Watson

Jason Watson – Director Of Beyond Jobs
Mission: St. Louis

Jason Watson serves as the Director Of Beyond Jobs at Mission: St. Louis, where he leads a team that is laser- focused on workforce development. Jason has helped to craft a successful program that teaches job training, financial empowerment, & manhood to lead men ages 22-35 toward long-term sustainability. His leadership has garnered notable recognition including being honored by Saint Louis Americans Salute to Young Leaders award for his advocacy, mentoring, and community support, as well as being a Focus St. Louis’s What’s Right With The Region award recipient.

Jason’s passion in the workforce sector is drawn from his upbringing, which provides him with a unique understanding from his personal experience of growing up like many of the men that he now serves. Being raised in the heart of north St. Louis, Jason began using & selling drugs at an early age, which ultimately led to him dropping out of school & spending time in jail. Those same experiences that once derailed him from his full potential have become the fuel behind his passion for men in the St. Louis region.

Jason is now certified as a Community Health Worker & has over 10 years of experience in public speaking, community advocacy, mentorship & social justice for disadvantaged populations. To know Jason is to know that he believes “We are not here to give people value, because already have value. I just hope to help men realize the value they can bring to their homes, communities & ultimately the city.”
