The Detroit Youth Foundation Opens YouthVille Detroit
Congratulations to NCN member The Detroit Youth Foundation which opened the doors of its multi-tenant nonprofit teen center, YouthVille Detroit, just this past Saturday, October 8! YouthVille Detroit is the largest youth development center in the Midwest. Expected to serve about 250 teens daily, the 75,000-square-foot center is exclusively for 11 to 19 year olds. Activities and offerings include mentoring, computer labs for digital photos/movies, a recording studio, art, music and classes, fitness/sports, academic support and more. Additionally, the center will house 10-12 youth and family service organizations.
