Question #1----->
I'm looking for samples of the communication policy for agencies that manage shared services.  Specifically, I am interested in policies which describe the communication paths to the Executive Director and his/her Board Committees (e.g. Finance Committee, Executive Committee, Personnel Committee).  Peggy Eagan, Children & Family Services Center in Charlotte, NC.

Question #2----->
We're involved with two potential multi-user facilities and need to evaluate their relative benefits and costs compared to our current situation. Does anyone have a set of criteria that they've found useful to do this?

Center Spotlight
Organization Name:  The Family Resource Center
Location: Redmond, WA
Doors Opened: 1991
Mission & History: The Family Resource Center is a one-stop campus designed to deliver comprehensive services to the residents in the greater Eastside of Washington state. The idea of the Center, a three-building complex located in Redmond, was conceived in the late 1980's, when four agencies came together to explore the idea of a human service hub.  The building now houses more than 18 health and human service agencies that provide a wide spectrum of services - including medical and dental care, emergency food and shelter, job skills training, youth activities, low-income housing assistance, mental health counseling, and much more - to over 40,000 residents annually. With the success of its first campus, The Family Resource Center recently completed a feasibility study that shows significant interest in creating a second campus.
