Lending: NCCLF makes loans ranging from $10,000 to $1 million + for four types of nonprofit projects: affordable housing, community facilities, human services and economic development.
Consulting and Training: Our Fiscal and Facility Fitness programs help community organizations build their financial-management and space-acquisition capacity through consulting, workshops and advice.
Investing: Socially responsible investing opportunities let investors place funds at predetermined interest rates into the loan pool.
