GreenSpace Developments (GSD) is a women/minority owned real estate investment firm focused on prodcing superior market risk adjusted returns. GSD partners with tax-exempt entities to buy commercial real estate, reposition the assets and convert them into owner-occupied properties. GSD Fund will finance well capitalized nonprofits, foundations and other tax exempt real estate owners that want to take advantage of the current market dislocation. The Fund will provide subordinated debt financing with participation in potential asset upside. Fund's focus is stabilizing value added nonprofit properties in core and urban in-fill markets. |
