Over 230 participants from 31 states, 5 Canadian provinces and 3 cities in Japan came together for three days of skill-building, knowledge-sharing and networking at Fort Mason Center.  With over 20 workshops and facilitated discussions to choose from, participants were immersed in a cross-sector learning community with speakers from the nonprofit, philanthropic, finance and real estate sectors.  Although this was the 4th Collaborating for Success Conference, more than 70% of participants were attending the conference for the first time!

AGENDA HIGHLIGHTS

This year's conference focused on Innovative Leadership.  Every nonprofit facility needs a champion who can maintain a strong vision while working with partners across many sectors.  National experts in the field shared strategies and lessons for effective leadership and building stakeholder buy-in.  Other session highlights included:
