South Madison Health and Family Center-Harambee is a multi-agency collaboration providing culturally sensitive, coordinated health and education services. As one of Madison's largest and best-known community centers, Harambee promotes and supports the health and well being of families throughout Dane County. Located in south Madison, a primary focus of the Center is to enlist active community participation in addressing identified health care, family support, and edcucational needs in our community. During the past decade, the Harambee Center has grown into a community-wide resources providing services for young children and their families. |
