The mission of Orange County Shared Spaces is to develop quality, affordable, and stable multi-tenant nonprofit centers that strengthen Orange County's nonprofit organizations. The Village at 17th Street in Santa Ana is the first shared spaces project of Orange County Shared Spaces.
Located at the corner of Wright and 17th Street in Santa Ana, California, the centrally located building is home to the administrative offices of nonprofit organizations serving Orange County residents.
With the opening of this 33,800 square foot multi-tenant nonprofit center in June 2010, the Village at 17th Street joins a network of more than 150 Centers throughout the United States and Canada. Like other shared space developments, the Village offers its nonprofit tenants:

*Common area facilities, including board rooms, training facilities and staff lounges
*Onsite project staff that facilitate opportunities to share resources and consolidate administrative functions. |
