401 Richmond is a commercial property located at the corner of Richmond and Spadina in downtown Toronto and home to a thriving community of 130 cultural producers and micro-enterprises. The century-old tin factory has been lovingly restored to include a courtyard, arts-enriched early learning centre, caf� and stunning roof garden. 401 Richmond is the recipient of a 1999 Award of Merit from Toronto Heritage for outstanding adaptive re-use of a historic building. |
